Welcome to Redeeming Solutions Financial Coaching!

Let me introduce myself. I'm Brent, husband and father of four. We live on a little ''hobby farm'' in Hartselle, AL. Lindsay and I both work from home, and cherish the freedom this gives us with our family. But it hasn't always been this way. Let me back up.

When Lindsay and I got married right after college, we were ''normal'' and did all the ''normal'' things. We got entry level jobs and we were broke! We decided to put our engagement and wedding rings on credit, we ''needed'' the new mattress from Mattress King, we ''bought'' a new car (payment), we had student loans, and we had a really nice first Christmas (on credit cards)!

Before we knew it, we were in a financial mess! Someone challenged us to be weird instead of normal. After staring at a mountain ?? of $55,000 in debt, being weird began to look way more enticing for us than staying normal. It took hard work, dedication, encouragement from others, and LOTS of sacrifice, but we became debt free a few years later! Being weird was the best decision we could have made for our family and we are NEVER going back!
We have since saved and paid cash for everything we wanted and continue to share the life-changing message of financial freedom with others, because it so radically transformed our life. Why? Because the Lord designed us to for freedom- not bondage. I believe this applies to our financial lives as well.
